Who is Spencer?

Some say he was a Basque separatist who converted to Buddhism and eventually studied with his holiness the Dhali Lama. Others say that he's a recluse who took himself off the grid when CHIPS was finally canceled. The one thing people can agree on is that his sage wisdom will one day be as praised by humanity as Aristotle's, Nietzsche's or Weird Al Yankovich's. The Smiths How Soon is Now, which is popularly used in The Craft, and Charmed. Makes it a continuity error. As much as the music supervisor assumed The Smiths were saying I am the Sun I am the Air. Its really I am Son I am the thair. What's really funny both shows are about women who aren't born into family wealth. So yea put that in your pipe and smoke it.
