Who is Spencer?

Some say he was a Basque separatist who converted to Buddhism and eventually studied with his holiness the Dhali Lama. Others say that he's a recluse who took himself off the grid when CHIPS was finally canceled. The one thing people can agree on is that his sage wisdom will one day be as praised by humanity as Aristotle's, Nietzsche's or Weird Al Yankovich's. Superman is a border jumper, In the realm of DC Bruce Wayne is the real American hero. The Wayne Family tree were all leaders in thier own way made a real name for themselfs. Even Bruce by leading the way of fighting crime. All Superman do was jump his dumbass into our milkyway galaxy, come on does this guy even have legal pappers?!!
