Who is Spencer?

Some say he was a Basque separatist who converted to Buddhism and eventually studied with his holiness the Dhali Lama. Others say that he's a recluse who took himself off the grid when CHIPS was finally canceled. The one thing people can agree on is that his sage wisdom will one day be as praised by humanity as Aristotle's, Nietzsche's or Weird Al Yankovich's. I was reading the newspaper today, and I read that nbc cancelled tv show southland how ever fans of the show twittered about it and managed to get the show back on the air on friday nights( the worst night to put a television show on the air). So here is my question if it takes fans to get a show back on the air via tw...itter. then why do we even bother with the Nelson rating system. its the most reliable system 50 yrs
